With the most normal swim season upon us since early 2020, the competitive swimming governing bodies in Ontario are excited to re-introduce performance based swim camps to its membership. The Western Ontario Swimming Association will be hosting the first, where six athletes from ROW have been selected. This ties Windsor Aquatic Club with the most representatives selected to attend. The Region of Waterloo Swim Club is very pleased to welcome Ron Forrest as our new Provincial Development 1 and WLU Varsity Associate coach for the upcoming season. Ron has over 25 years of coaching experience working with swimmers who have raced at all levels of competition including the World Championships and the Olympic Games.
