Border City tested and brought out the best in our athletes!

Hello ROW families,

 

This past weekend was filled with excitement as team travel officially returned to ROW for the first time since 2019!

 

Two buses full with our ND, SD, PD1, PD2, and AGD groups traveled to Windsor for the Border City Invitational meet. Our swimmers had a great time building close friendships with their teammates while learning how to manage themselves, stay nourished, and rest well through a 3-day meet away from home. It was lovely to see the team spirit and camaraderie throughout the event, particularly the 12&U groups watching and cheering on their teammates on the last evening of finals -- which brought some extra energy to a session where athletes needed to persevere through the fatigue of the 3-day meet.
