June Splash @ Guelph - post-meet update

This past weekend our novice level athletes travelled down the road to the University of Guelph to compete in their last competition of the 2022-2023 swim season, the GMAC End of Year Splash! The London and Sydney swimmers did a great job adding some new events to their ever-growing repertoire, some even completing their first 50 fly ever!

ROW sent 68 athletes to the meet and we saw 82 more best times fall from last month! It was great to see some skills and technique further improve from our swimmers who are continually learning new aspects of competitive swimming. The day was long but the kids seized the opportunity to continue to bond with teammates, making new friends along the way.
