2019-2020 Off-the-Blocks Meeting to take place on Wednesday, Sept 11, from 6pm at the Waterloo Recreation Centre (Hauser Haus)
| To get the season off to a great start we are once again hosting the "Off-the-Blocks" team meeting at 6pm on Wednesday, September 11th in the Hauser Haus at the Waterloo Recreation Centre on Father David Bauer Road in Waterloo. All parents and swimmers are welcome to come out, meet the coaches and hear from our Board of Directors, Team Management and Head Coach on ROW’s plans for the upcoming swim season. You may bring any completed registration forms, PED form with a void cheque, your registration/fundraising payment (if not done online) and drop them off at Wednesday's meeting. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 6:00 p.m. Members arrival and payment forms completed- socializing 6:15 p.m. Welcome, coaches and board introduction 6:25 p.m. President’s message 6:40 p.m. Family Participation Program 6:55 p.m. Meet Management – opportunities and clinics 7:05 p.m. Apparel/Fundraising items (Bingo) 7:15 p.m. Head coach Cathy's address to the members 7:30 p.m. Adjourn to groups to discuss season |
